Battlefest Rewards not showing

Hey there, I racked up over 50 kills with the M1911 for the Road to Battlefield 1 battlefest mission on my PS3 but I have no option to claim my reward for Battlefield 1 on my Xbox One despite the two accounts having the same EA account!
What is the reason??

    You need to go to your BF4/BFH Profile on Battlelog! And there, under "Community missions" you can Claim the Rewards!

    That unlock this BF1 stuff for you then!

    When i go there it just says "There are currently no active community missions." I know for a fact that i got 27 kills with the 1911. I hadn't had it unlocked in BF4 so i went through the process of unlocking it. And then racking up the kills. Hope they give these rewards soon.

    I've had the same problem with it not showing up in the community operations on battlelog. I only received the vetren dog tag during battlefest and nothing else even though I completed all battlefest missions. EA fix this *
