the shotgun ribbons are only counted in a round. So if you take two shotgun ribbons and then the rounds end it will automatically reset to 0 as you have seen. First you have to make 200 kills with the pistol and 20 with the jet globally and the in a round get 2 shotgun ribbons and you will get the assignment.

Ok thanks, i didnt know you had to do it in order. Luckily i have already completed the other two while waiting. But i did do it in one round.
