Battlefield 1 Access Denied Error

When I enter battlefield 1 I sign in like normal and then when I go on anything multiplayer it says access denied and I was wondering if anyone had figured out a solution to this problem yet.

@gillysuit_J From what I can see if appears that the account in question is underage. If this is in error, perhaps support can help you out.

If you're not in the US, be sure to click the flag icon in the top right of the page to change the region.

@activationlfalls If you're getting this error message, it seems to be related to ineligible accounts, contacting support seems to be the way forward.

@steriod_child This sounds like a completely separate issue. You can try using the server browser as a test, and if it's ineffective you can try the troubleshooting steps in this article.

I have always been able to play mulitiplayer and still can just does not work on battle field 1😠

Still doesn’t work, now I’ve even tried making an entire new account for it and the game just freezes

My battlefield hardline works but when I try to go onto multiplayer on battlefield 1 or battlefield 4 it doesn’t and my account did have age restrictions but they have recently been removed

So I'm old enough and I checked my Microsoft account and it says I'm over 18 but I made myself older to see if that was the problem but it wasn't please help...

I have had the same problem but in 2019 I’ve got my account unrestricted my account is able to play 18 but isn’t letting me play bf1 online can I get some help
