Hello @Awesomerulez1 

Have you tried to restart your router? Power cycled (turned it off and turned it on again) you console? For PlayStation 4  you need to disconnect it from power supply for a few minutes before turning it on again to properly power cycle. Let us know how you are doing.

      I've been trying to get this issue resolved for about a month on PC mate, went through all of their trouble shooting steps even restarting routers etc just to say I had for one of there service people to tell me it's on their side and the "specialist team" is working on it.

      My advice was and I quote "You should wait"

        I can totally see why you are frustrated. We are just trying to help people here as much as we can. If you like, we can do the same for you, just let us know exactly which troubleshooting steps you have already performed? Have you opened the corresponding TCP ports?
