Have you tried to restart your console? Are you still missing your weapon in Companion app?
I tried that but sadly it still didn't work. I think it is more of a problem with the companion app since if i buy a gun on my console, it works

Have you tried to change your layout with the companion app? They should always be synced. In case your weapon is still missing, you might consider contacting EA Advisors directly on this https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
