Guys n gals, i just tried to get my trial time back , no dice..!(pun intended!)
but requested a refund and got it striaght away.
I suggest that you try it too, its only a few quid or dollars but at least its the gesture that counts and may ease your anger. :-)

you: hi, My battlefied 1 trial has an issue where i can not play the multiplayer. I used about 3 hours trying to figure it out until i found it was a game wide issue. May i have my trial time back

Tej: There are no options to add the Extra trial time
you: in that case may i have a refund as this was the reason that i bought the subscrition.
