I'm getting the xbox collectors edition of Battlefield 1 finally after never being able to aquire it, and did some research online to find out that the 1911 you aquire from it is unredeemable due to ...

Hi @madman7083chj6 This is from my memory of when this has come up in the past so may not be 100% accurate, but I don't believe it's possible nowadays. You could try speaking with EA Help, though, for clarification (help.ea.com).

@ElliotLH contacted Xbox who told me to contact EA who gave me an automated bot that told me to contact Xbox.
