Battlefield 1 Dxdiag problem and program stopped running

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this Crashing issue.

Do you have DX12 enabled in game by any chance?

If so, please try to disable it by following the steps here:

Disable DirectX 12 in Settings:

1. Open BF1 folder in Documents

2. Go into the settings folder

3. Open PROFSAVE_profile with notepad

4. Change the value of Dx12 enabled from 1 to 0

5. Save the change made. 

Also, make sure that you have DX11 selected in your in-game Settings.

Once you do this, restart the game.

Give this a try, and let us know if you still need assistance.

Also, try to reset your Settings by deleting PROFSAVE_profile file in Documents>>Battlefield 1>>Settings folder and check the game.

 I set the DX11 in game and I opened profsave_profile on notepad DirectX12 was already 0 and I restarted the game. It worked for 2 hours but after that I get same DirectX crashing Problem. 

All my profsave_profile setting on the screenshoot. 

I really want to play this game easy and nice anymore. Crashes are really annoying. They are break down in middle of the game. If you could help me I will really grateful

You can delete that Profsave_Profile file, and restart your PC and the Game.

Yes when I try both of them after 2 hour later. I got Battlefield1 program ''stopped runnnig'' crash. 

Previously I tried delete full of game and I downloaded again. But its too didn't worked. While I playing Battlefiled1 my graphics card's temperature 60-70 celcius. But I think it's  not high value.

Hey @xXanaphia sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing. 

Most of the time if you get dirextX error your drivers that you have installed for your GPU are not working as it should, I recommend that you completely remove the old GPU drivers and then install new GPU drivers.

I tried 3 different driver news and icnlude my Zotac model Nvidia GeForce 1070 driver. It didn't worked. My driver is up-to-date now on Nvidia's official site.

EDIT: Also, check your CPU and GPU usage using MSI Afterburner. MSI Afterburner works well with DX11 only, so don't forget to disable DX12 mode in the game before launching this program.

You can do that  with the "choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
