Battlefield 1 endless multiplayer loading time. Can't get into a match at all.

Battlefield 1. Can't join a match at all, endless loading screen. Xbox One X. Digital game.

Can connect to EA servers.

Can use server browser to view servers.
Can play battlefield 4, battlefield hardline, battlefront 2 and fifa 18 fine.

Battlefield 1 used to work fine, so unsure if a network problem.

Campaign works fine.

But as soon as i join a match in battlefield 1, it loads endlessly, never entering me into the match.

EA support believe it is network related, but it used to work fine on this network and all other EA games work fine.

Unsure what started the problem as I had an xbox OS update and bf1 update around the time this issue started, guessing one these is the source of the problem.

Have tried:

• Port forwarding all required ports.
• Uninstalling and reinstalling game and dlc.
• Clear local saved data and cloud data.
• Clearing xbox alternate mac address.
• Resetting console.
• Changed one or two privacy settings.
• Completed UOTrace from my laptop which showed considerable packet loss. But if this was the issue surely no other EA game would work and battlefield 1 wouldn't even connect to the EA servers? Guessing the packet loss is occuring only when my laptop is connecting to the EA servers.
• Tried a different account on the game, issue still occurs.
