Battlefield 1 Error code: EC:10608

Hello, I bought Battlefield 1 EA on Steam and it doesn't open every time; Your latest sync was interrupted
We couldn't find any locally saved data for this game. You can launch the game and start a new save, but it may result in the loss of saved cloud data. Or, you can wait 5 minutes and try again.
Error code: EC:10608
It gives the error. I searched on the internet. Although everything on my computer is up to date, this line continues. I deleted Steam EA Battlefield one by one, it didn't work, then I reinstalled it but it doesn't open, please help if you can, I would be glad, I also deleted the antivirus programs. Why does this line continue?
