- ElliotLH3 years agoHero+Hi @Odjerski This is a fairly common issue, but EA Help should be able to sort out the permissions for you. It'd definitely be worth contacting them through help.ea.com/contact-us (if you're on Xbox or PlayStation then it'd be a case of contacting their support instead).

You can log out of the product/service and then log back in. This can refresh your ownership status and resolve any authentication glitches. Sometimes cached data can cause issues. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, or restart the application to clear any cached data.
