    @vervaeer

    There does not seem to be much of critical importance in that Windows Update so for now I suggest not having it installed so you can play BF1.

    If that poses an issue at a later time, you can address that then, otherwise leave it uninstalled.

We are not seeing any other reports on this just yet. Could you take a look at the following link and let us know if any of the bullet points there apply to you. That may help us determine if the KB4019472 update may cause a wider issue with BF1. Thank you.

This has been happening to me on Xbox. It will say"syncing", and then say BF1 could not load. But when I click "play offline ", it works.
