Battlefield 1 for Xbox One Is broken

So i bought battlefield 1 and played for a weeks since launch and now it has stopped working cant connect to ea servers. But also everytime i download the game it always the trial version of the game. And i have contacted microsoft and done there troubleshooting from hard reset and account refresh also have port forwarded. I did delete my old ea account and moved it to a new email address

    @Blackywwolf What error message do you get, if any? Do you know if anything changed on yout system between when the game was working and when it stopped?

    Can you play other games online, or other EA games? Can you try using a different account to connect, as a test?

    No i don't think so. Only thing that would changed is the account my gamertag is linking to as i got the old account deleted. I can play all other ea titles online
