    UPDATE:

For anyone experiencing the same problem, it was the fact I was using a TV. Yes, I was gaming on a TV instead of a monitor. I bought a 144hz 1080p monitor, and all issues disappeared. Meaning that Battlefield just has an issue with TVs. Which might be something to look into for the devs... Since I can't be the only one who was doing this.

    I've tried all following "fixes":

    - Any in-game-option - DOESN'T WORK
    - Disabling/enabling DirectX 12 - DOESN'T WORK
    - Disabling Origin in-game overlay - DOESN'T WORK
    - Shortcut compatibility "disable fullscreen optimization" - DOESN'T WORK
    - Alt + Enter - DOESN'T WORK
    - Windows Scale back to default (100%) - DOESN'T WORK
    - Borderless window - DOESN'T WORK
    - NVidea 59 Hz screen setting - DOESN'T WORK
    - Any other resolution/refreshrate - DOESN'T WORK
    - Rebooting, clean boot, sign out/in - DOESN'T WORK
    - "Repair game" in Origin - DOESN'T WORK
    - Reinstall the game - DOESN'T WORK
    - Reverting back to an older GPU driver - DOESN'T WORK

    - Reinstalling GPU drivers - DOESN'T WORK
    - NVidea control panel > Display > Adjust desktop size and position > No Scaling/fullscreen - DOESN'T WORK
    - I don't use TeamViewer
    - I don't use Samsung Magician
    - I don't use any streaming software

    - There's in fact nothing but Origin running in the background

Soooooooo.......... I'm kind of desperate here.
    Thanks in advance.
