Yea i tried changing the settings and no matter what whenever i go full screen the game crashes.
@Pain_Is_Living I can see in your DXdiag that BF1 has crashed due to nvspcap64.dll which belongs to Geforce Experience.
First thing I would try would be to disable/uninstall this to check if that fixes the issue. I would probably also do a clean uninstall of all your graphics drivers with DDU:
