  • Are you still facing this Issue?

Have you tried repair/install Microsoft Visual in the following folder, \Origin Games\Battlefield 1\__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist

If the problem persist try to repair the game through Origin.

I've heard a lot of people getting similiar problems with Battlefield 1. Random FPS drops and ms/ping being high in ceratin game modes. Though, according to DICE devs they would fix these problems in the October patch.

It wont solve your issue but since you have a 120hz monitor you might want to consider limiting your FPS to 120 using:

"gametime.maxvariablefps 121" in the console or your user config file. This should help give your PC some breathing room to better handle dips in framerate.
