Battlefield 1 incredible low fps without any reason

It's not your hardware. I'm having the same issue with frames dropping into the 10's and constant stuttering. This has only been happening for the last few months and only happens on Battlefield 1. I have a 6600k OC'd to 4.3 ghz, a GTX 1080, and 16gb of RAM with an average ping of 43ms.
