Battlefield 1 intermittent black screen rotation, cyclic

When you first enter the game, the black screen will be briefly turned around and then recovered, but it will be endless. At present, you can't solve the problem by restarting the game and the origin platform. It's OK to change other accounts. What can I do about this?,Click soldier customization, and it will show that it is being loaded and cannot enter. It will not return to the main interface after a few seconds

  • Hey @Privilege-Ah,

You can try repairing the game through Origin, this will fix any corrupted and/or missing files.

    1. Open Origin.
    2. Go to My Game Library.
    3. Right click on Battlefield 1.
    4. Select Repair.

Once the process is complete, the game should be working fine. This process may take a few minutes.

    Hey @Privilege-Ah,

Rename the settings folder in documents, but don't delete it.

    1. Open File Explorer.
    2. Go to Documents.
    3. Open Battlefield 1 folder.
    4. Rename settings folder to any name (for example: "settings_backup").

I hope this answer helps you

    Hey @Privilege-Ah,

Since the last solution didn't work, you can delete the newly created settings folder (if the game created a new settings folder in Battlefield 1 documents) and rename the old settings folder to "settings".

I hope this solution solves your problem:

    1. Open the game installation path. The default path is:
      C:\Program Files(x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 1
    2. Open the __Installer folder.
    3. Open the vc folder.
    4. Open the vc2013 folder.
    5. Open the redist folder.
    6. You should see "vcredist_x86" and "vcredist_x64" files, install these 2 files.
    7. Run the game again and see if that work.

If that doesn't work, try to run a clean boot on your PC: https://help.ea.com/tr/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

If that doesn't work too, it's worth reinstalling the game.

  • @gksvr1 Enter the custom soldiers, and the normal display is displayed, but the gun skin is not displayed. The saber I used is also restored to the default
