Battlefield 1 low fps no matter the settings

Hi all. I bought Battlefield 1, 2 days ago. Ive watched videos and benchmarks with my exact same system, they could get 70+ fps without a problem. Although when i started playing, the game has always shown the Low Fps Sign. And No matter the settings, i cant get above 40, 20 in some maps. I tried so many things but couldnt find the problem. My friend has that problem too, he was playing as smooth as butter some years ago, but he has 20 ish fps now as well. So, things i have tried:

-user.cfg configuration. didnt work.
-disabling origin in game overlay. didnt work.
-disabling full screen optimizations. didnt work.

Its really weird that i still get same fps either in low or ultra. Waiting for help. Thanks from now on.

Hey @EmperorKebap your system would be below the recommended specs required to run the game. As such I would recommend turning all settings down low as your system meets the minimum requirements to run the game: https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store/battlefield/battlefield-1

Im not on pc right now, but i can tell you my specs:
Sapphire Nitro+ Rx470 4gb
I5 3570 3.4 gHz
8 gb Ram.
I dont think its about my system tho, because ive seen people play with my exact same system.

Yeah but as i said, it doesnt matter which setting i play. I get higher fps in high settings than low settings. My friend has the same problem. He was playing with good fps before. I was playing on ultra with 50+ fps on battlefront 2. It cant be my system, there is some problem with game, launcher or files, im sure. And my drivers are up to date.
I even tried ultra settings but it doesnt have much difference than low settings. Every setting runs with below 40 fps. Both me and my friend dont know the solution.

Hey @EmperorKebap as I said above, your system would only meet the minimum requirements to run the game. As such you will need to turn all your settings down. Given that you do not meet the recommend specs you are likely to see issues such as low fps.

Get another stick of ram ….8gb not enough and your i5 is holding you back

That is weird indeed
Whilst the game is running, what other software is running ?
I am thinking : what other virus and related software, is running ?
Did you check with the Windows built in monitor, to see what processes are using CPU, memory, disk, WHILE Battlefield is running ?

The Windows minimum specs are incorrect for what concerns the CPU:
Each type of CPU, taking in account the core and threads count of a given CPU, needs a minimum speed and generation.
What is listed is just one of them, an i5, which is what 2 core and 4 thread ? In this case 6th gen.
So, what about i3, i7, i9 ?
