@Comed1anI have the same CPU, I also get the same usage. Another thing you could do to compensate the usage of your graphics card is to set graphic fidelity settings so it could reach the full potential of your graphics card in terms of usage. You could set the Resolution scale up to 120% or 130% and you could actually see how the video card's usage will gradually reach 100% usage. It won't increase your fps, but at least it would bring graphical fidelity to a level in which it could match the bottleneck your gpu is receiving from the CPU. At least your game will look prettier and you'll squeeze the performance you've paid for
