I have a similar problem, and the marked solution is not working for me. The difference is that the buttons are clickable but only after a very long time.
I tried repairing the game, disabling the Nvidia Geforce Experience overlay, Origin overlay, as well as the Windows 10 Creators update gaming mode overlay.
My observations:
- The only thing that helps is disabling DX12. But doing so costs me many FPS when actually playing the game. I would rather keep it on, than be forced to turn it off just because the menus are not working properly.
- Half an hour after clicking the Settings button, I can enter the settings screen. There everything is working fine
- Before installing the Creators update for windows 10 I only had problems with slow menus while in-game
- My game is sometimes starting in windowed mode when DX12 is enabled, and it seems to responde to my mouse when hovering over the buttons without issue, until I press something, where it will go from Windowed mode to Fullscreen and the problem starts
