Battlefield 1 Not able to connect to online Play

Question

I recently purchased the DLC for Battlefield 1 and all the stories were installed on my xbox, but none of them are playable. Multiplayer, Store, Soldier none of them are accessible. I followed the instructions on previous post concerning this issue and nothing has worked. I was unable to find anything about the servers from the links provided. Does anyone have any advice?

The onscreen messages say "Online features will be unavailable. See article "not able to connect to online pay for additional info."
