Battlefield 1 Not receiving email verification cod

 

Hello:

I installed Battlefield 1 and when it came to go online, it asks for me to sign in.  I get a dialog box that says it has to send a verification email with a code to get into my account.  I never receive an email and it's not in my spam folder too.  I tried other emails too.  I I still don't receive and email with a verification  code.

    It might also be worth checking the associated email address in your EA Account details, and that emails from EA aren't blocked.

    Hello EnverPasa76,

    No one here can help you with this problem, you need to contact EA Support, only Support can resolve account issues.

    • The link to EA's Support is here.
    • In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
    • Click on "See all Help Topics"
    • Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
    • Click "Continue without logging in"
    • Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us" 
      (EA help Guide.)
