Battlefield 1 PC Campaign Unlocks not Unlocking

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete every mission 100% and "unlock" the skins associated for each story
What happens when the bug occurs? The skins appear to unlock, but after going to the customize screen (either through menus, a multiplayer match, or Battlefield Companion) they are not displayed.

I got off the phone with support earlier and they couldn't help me with my issue.

They said a specialist was recommending I put in a bug report.

After completing the single player campaign 100%, the skins were not unlocked, even after displaying the unlock animation during game play

I'm not sure why this is happening, but I've seen forum posts all over with this issue.

I've tried:

Playing several multiplayer games

Finishing a campaign level again

Viewing the end credits (which unlocked another skin unsuccessfully)

I'd rather not do a complete reinstall of BF1 or go through the entire campaign again.
