i did not recieve premium in my game no queue skip non of the premium rewards for some reason its not actif i contacted live support and they told me to post on the forums with the picture of the chat time and store that shows battlefield 1 premium owned

The forums cannot help you with an account entitlement issue, only a game advisor can do that. However it is entirely possible that you do have Premium but you failed to download your content. Log into Origin, then right click the BF1 icon in your games library and select "show game details". When you get there go to "Add-ons" and if you have premium it will show that you do (like we see in your screenshot) and allow you to download the extra premium covered content. Regarding skipping queues, it's impossible to know if you have 9 premium players in front of you when you are 10th in queue.

i went there and it said unlocked no download option for some reason i dont get it why it is not actif

if i go to battlefield 3(where i also have premium it does not show a download button and i had the same problem back then as now.)

Premium is only an account entitlement on PC, there's no premium file to download like on console and Premium is showing as unlocked for your account in your screenshot so you have BF1 premium. At this time there is no other addons to download for Premium as the expansions covered by Premium are not yet out. The Hellfighter pack BF1 deluxe upgrade, and shortcut packs are not covered by the Premium season pass.
Did you receive any fix for your problem because i'm having this exact same problem at the moment? I have contacted ea support about this and they are investigating it.
Ok. EA support told me that their game specialists are investigating this problem at the moment and when they found the fix they will email me also. I have waited couple days now but i have still hope left :D. Hope we both can get our hands on our premium pass soon. I will keep you updated if anything changes regarding my case.
My premium pass got fixed about week ago. It took a long time but it's working now perfectly. My case went through many game specialist and they even had to contact some other EA studio to get this fixed. Hope you have gotten fix too.
