Unfortunately we can't assist with codes purchased through third party sites such as Instant Gaming.
If you're unable to redeem the code for the Premium Pass, you will need to reach out to their Customer Support.

I got the same answer from EA Support trough chat yesterday. And I contacted instant-gaming.com yesterday also.
They assured me they will give me a new code if I can get the information when (date and hour) was the code activated or redeemed.
In EA support they wouldn't give me the answer, citing this is an old game. I bought the code yesterday, activated the code for Battlefield 1 yesterday,
tried to activate Battlefield 1 premium pass yesterday, I don't see where is the problem in telling me when was the code activated.
I'm in a grey area now and if I can't get help from EA, then who will help me?

Hey @PODGANUSA,
Unfortunately you will have to go through Instant Gaming like I mentioned before. They will have to issue you a new Code.
As far as finding out how and when the Code for Premium was redeemed, there isn't a way for us to find that out. This ordeal would need to go through Instant Gaming.
