Battlefield 1 premium pass

Hello

I play Battlefield 1 on PS4 and I wanted to buy Premium. I went straight to the Playstation store and bought Premium for €49,99. After the purchase, I started Battlefield 1 up and I didn't receive the 14 battlepacks or the 5 dog tags you would get for buying premium. Is it possible something went wrong?

    I just noticed that my Playstation store wallet is 49,99, so when I bought Premium I instead of getting it directly I got the money in my wallet. I now bought Premium from the wallet and I have now access to the battlepacks and dog tags.

    At first, you'll not get all 14 Battlepacks instantly! Because it's One per Month, since November 2016. So you should get just a few of them yet.

    If Premium isn't working, check if it shows Installed as well, not just downloaded.
    If it is all right, try to reinstall Battlefield itself. Maybe that could help.

    Hello @SwayingAura22

    Your main game is a disc or a digital download version? If it a disc version, it should be from the same region, your PlayStation ID is registered in, for the additional digital content to be recognized by the game.

    My PS4 didn't download anything. I bought it and there is 49,99 gone and if I go back to the page in the Playstation Store, I would be able to buy it again. This is strange because I preordered the game and at the page of the deluxe edition it says I already bought this item.

    Is it an idea to ask Playstation customer support if I could get a refund and afterward try buying it again?

    Oh ok. If it didn't download it at all but your money is gone, so there should be probably something wrong with the Account/PSN and not with the Game itself i think.
    So maybe the PlayStation customer support should be able to help you at this point!

    Glad that it worked now. 🙂

    But next time if you ask if something is wrong, make sure first that you really bought it and not that you put the money just into the wallet.
    Because we can't see from here that you forgot something to do, if you say you bought it already!
