Hey @L3sta, What FPS do you have in the game and what settings are you using in the game. That we recommend 8 gigs or more ram is connected to the overall usage of the game and the rest of the system so it's not bottlenecked, if you have 8 gigs of ram and if BF1 using 8 gigs of ram you don't have any ram left for the rest of the pc and will bottleneck the game for FPS.

After this lates patch, it broke something. I used to have battlefield 1 using 5-8GB of RAM and CPU utilizing about 50-70% on battlefield1.exe.
Now I have 3.5-3.8GB of RAM on battlefield 1 and free about 9GB

Does it run any differently or do you just see different memory usage?
Can you take an ingame screenshot with the command "perfoverlay.drawgraph 1" running?
Does it help setting the framerate limiter to 120?
The reason I doubt your 5-9GB memory usage is that I've never heard of it being that high, this is my at 1440p all ultra and I barely use over 4GB.

Try dropping back to 411.70 at this link as a test to be sure it is not a video driver issue.
I am aware of performance issues with 416.16 and some reporting BF1 crashing with 416.34

CPU runs at 100% so it's not running like it used to.
That frame limiter is only for the spikes, in game it doesn't run that high. It used to run like 100-120fps, but now it runs 90-100fps.
I asked my friends when I was playing. How much their RAM usage is on this game now after latest patch. They had it over 5GB.
It's like origin is forcing my battlefield 1 to run like 32 bit
