Battlefield 1 problem, only using less than 4 GB of RAM

Hello!

I have this problem, that battlefield 1 is only using less than 4 GB of ram.
So that why my CPU 3770k @4.5GHz is going mayham(CPU usage 80-90% battlefield.exe).
My GPU(gtx 970) is only hovering 60-80%

PC specs:
Win 10 pro 64bit
16GB RAM 1600MHz
3770k @4.5GHz
Z77 Asus v gene
Strix gtx 970 drivers: 416.16
128GB ssd where windows is installed
500GB ssd where origin games are

    I don’t undertand what you gain by lowering my resolution and capping that fps 60. When the game doesn’t work at 1080p as it used to?
