Battlefield 1 Progress Lost

I used to play battlefield 1 like a year ago. Today, I decided to start it again but I saw that all of my online progression was lost. My level was reset and my unlocked guns were gone. Does anyone know what to do or is there any way for me to check my save files manually from somewhere ?

Hello @Yeetplt,
First you should check if you are logged in into the correct account. If your progress is actually gone there is nothing much you can do except to contact EA support, they are the only ones with the adequate resources to help you out.
