did you try to stop the download and start again? If not, do it and you can also restart your router. If this does not help, set the values in the network settings as DNS and try it again.

Primary 8.8.8.8
Secondary 8.8.4.4

Secondary 208.67.220.220

I am really sorry for those troubles with game installation on your console. You game is a digital download or a physical disc version? Have you tried to power cycle your console (turn it off and disconnect from the power supply for a few minutes, before turning it on again) prior to installing the game? Keep us updated on your progress.
