Battlefield 1 region locked

- I did read as I said I want to get rid of my version and get origin access global version instead
As far as I know all games of Origin Access are also region locked. Sorry, but it's impossible to change the language to English or change to International version.
- Is there any way I can delete the game permanently from my library? Also I've heard that customer service are able to fix this but ye since there is no way of contacting them.
