Only EA support can do similar actions with your Account: How to contact EA support But excuse me I don't understand why do you want to delete the game from your Library because if you live in Russia or Poland or in CIS countries, you will get only RU & PL version of the game in Origin Store anyway. The only one way to get International version is buy the Product Code (International) via Retail Stores and activate it in your Origin.
I live in Germany and i have bf1 for PS4 which is English. Yes I know how to contact them but there is no option for chat I tried many solutions none seem to fix it. Well that's the whole point I don't need to buy global since origin now gives bf1 for free. But ye I guess will have to live w Russian version. Either way I hope EA will fix that goddam customer service so other ppl shouldn't have to go through this. Thanks anyways.
Origin dosnt just give it for free , You need to buy Origin Access.
And about your problem , Is your PS4 itself in English or Germen? If its in english try switching it to English and hopfully the game itself will be in Germen aswell.
- Yes I have origin access that's the whole point I want to switch versions. No I don't have problems with PS4 version that was just an example that English version works here in Germany.
