Battlefield 1 Revolution premium-pass can not redeem

I bough the PS4 CD which is Battlefield 1 Revolution, and I never used the code battlefield-1-premium-pass. But I redeem the code at PS4 today, show the message Error WC-40372-6. Plz help me to sol...

    @iluminatethesky I asked SONY customer to figure out the key used at 2017/10. I bought the game is second hand game, and the seller telled me he never used the code. I trusted him, actual I am wrong.
    I am so sorry for I dont realize the situation.

I don't think the Code would have an expiration date either, considering you haven't used it.
