Hello,
I purchased Battlefield 1, and when I launch the game, I can hear the music in the main menu. However, when I enter multiplayer mode, there is no sound. I have both a Creative Audigy sound card and an integrated sound card, and I experience the same issue with both. My drivers are fully up to date. I don't use any antivirus software. Regardless of the issue, after launching and closing the game, there is no sound. When I exit the game and return to Windows, there is no sound from YouTube or other applications either. This issue only occurs after launching the game.
Check the volume mixer settings in Windows. Make sure Device is set to the correct speaker output. Right click on the speaker icon in the bottom right corner of Windows Desktop to access volume mixer.

When I start the game, I am able to hear the sound initially. However, when I enter multiplayer mode, the sound works for about 5-10 seconds before completely disappearing. Even if I close the game and return to Windows, all system sounds are gone. The only way to restore the sound is by restarting the computer.
I have followed all the suggested settings correctly and even configured the output for just a single sound card. Despite trying various solutions, I am unable to resolve the sound issue.
