Hi @eskymojo This is related to your account permissions, and you may need to raise it with Xbox support. In the past they've resolved this for others experiencing the same problem.
I cant download the game on EA App not on xbox.
- @eskymojo If you're using Xbox Gamepass then their support is the best bet to getting a resolution. They just need to remove the trial marker from your account. You could also raise the issue with EA Help in case they can assist.
Regrettably there is nobody on these forums who can directly help as the issue needs to be fixed at an account level.
