I am unable to connect to online servers in Battlefield 1 and am restricted to only playing the campaign. I experienced this issue even when running the EA app as an administrator and launching the game. This is odd, however, as I do not experience this same issue with other EA titles, such as Battlefield 2042 or Battlefield V. I can connect to the online servers in those games and play multiplayer.
@ElliotLH I do not. When I try to connect, it loads for about 2-3 seconds and then returns to this screen without giving an error code.
Definitely going to hold out for a solution on this one. XD
hello i am currently trying to update my battlefield 1 i have just started downloading it and it is stuck at 97% i have deleted it and downloaded it again it has does this for a few hours now i do not know what do to.
EA support has told me multiplayer servers are shut down
I talked to ea support about my issue and this is what they said. I have made three different posts about this issue. I haven’t been able to join a multiplayer match unless its a advanced search listed game. I have done everything to try to play from uninstalling and reinstalling the game, clearing cache, restarting my xbox and wifi and more. Nothing had worked and I know its not my wifi because I’ve been able to play every other multiplayer game with no problem what so ever but now Im going to reinstall BF1 and see if their severs work. I dont understand how their servers could be down when I havent heard about this or read about it anywhere else on the internet and people are still showing up in listen lobbies and also making “Looking for Group” posts on Xbox. Can anybody who plays Battlefield V try to get into a regular TDM match without advanced search or listed games. It always says “Matchmaking failed you are already matchmaking”. Thanks a lot and this would mean a lot to me if any one on this subreddit can help me out on this.
