Actually, I have contacted them already, but they told me that the option to add pre-order items is not available to them. Their suggestion is that I should post the issue on the forum as the game team checks the forum regularly, if there would be any options available, they would be happy to do that for me.

@Bolero_xzh Did you lose EA play in the meantime by any chance and did you pre order Battlefield V?
@iluminatethesky Is correct for missing items or Account related issues is not something we can help with on AHQ or EA forums.

@EA_Atic My membership will not expire until next year. After all these, I guess the only way to recover my items is waiting until my membership expires and repurchase membership.
