No, you should not have to install BFV to get the weapons.
If you'd like to try that, you can, but I don't think it's necessary.
The weapons should be unlocked for you in Battlefield 1.
Check your Classes (Assault, Medic, Scout, etc) in BF1 and see if those weapons are available.
@iluminatethesky i dont see Enlister offer in BF1 Add-Ons. its only in BFV
Yes, but the weapons are for Battlefield 1.
Check the individual classes in Battlefield 1, and see if the weapons that come with the Offer are available to you.
If they are not, then you can try downloading BFV to see if that helps.
@iluminatethesky i have checked that 3-4 times, but there were nothing new added, i'm installing BFV now.
if my memberish is expired will i lose this Enlister Offer ? or its permanent.
Once the membership expires, you won't have the Offer anymore.

Yes, anything that comes with EA Play Pro is no longer available once the membership expires.
