Battlefield 1 Will not Launch

As the title states, Battlefield 1 will not launch I have been playing this on PC for about 2 months. no issues. On July 5th i got a new Power Supply and Graphics Card. 450w to a 700w Radeon HD...

I found the solution
You just have to uninstall the Graphics unit of the APU

    Have you tried creating a new Windows User Account, and seeing if you're able to launch the game under that Account?
    
    I would also try running Origin as Administrator, and the Battlefield 1 exe file in your Program Files as Administrator.
