Battlefield 1 wont update the user interface

Okay, so when i start up bf 1 one of the following happen. 1: Basically i can start the game. but i can only play campaign and it says i can ´´go online´´ but when pressing the button it only refres...

    Hey @SummitMonkey

    If you're still having trouble with the UI try these steps:

    1. Unplug the modem and router power for at least 3 minutes. While your overall network might be great, doing this will refresh the connection with our servers and correct an hiccups that could be lurking.

    2. Power cycle the console: http://bit.ly/XB1_PowerCycle

    3. Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

      Hi this is happening to me on ALL BF1 games on PC is this still a workable option? Ive been looking for weeks reinstalled uninstalled 20 times on a 80gb game. Its killing me battlefield is my favorite game and when i switched to computer gaming recently i got ea play to start getting all my guns and levels back and no battle field game will let me update. i can click "NOT NOW" but it simply wont let me click "UPDATE" i really want to play BF please help
