Battlefield 1 Xbox regular weapons not unlocking

I have been trying to unlock all the normal weapons in the game. However, my meters all still read 0/15 or 0/50 despite having met the requirements in multiplayer. I have contacted EA support and noth...

Just again for me to understand this:

You are currently playing on XB1 without Premium or DLC.

Which normal weapons are you trying to unlock?

Martini Henry (+sniper), Huot (+optical), Hellriegel (+defensive) and Selbstlader 1906 (+optical)?

These are the Weapons that can be unlocked by reaching Rank 10 in each class.

All the other weapons are part of the DLCs.

So all other weapons are not unlockable unless DLC or Premium? I had no idea. I have premium and DLC for PS4 but never knew all the weapons were locked.

    They were not locked back then because you paid for them on PS4 😉

    So unfortunately you will have to buy Premium or the DLC again, you can´t use your PS4 Premium on XB1. 

    Sorry.

    If you look at "Weapons & Gadgets" in the BF1 main menu, you´ll see how to unlock each weapon and which DLC you have to buy for it.
