As in battlefield 4 will be added 10 ranks for each dlc ... which will be 4 ... for up to 140 ranks

Unless you speak of ranks for the various classes .. there are 50 rankings for each class and at the rank 10 unlocks a weapon .. this is true for all classes .. sniper...support ..pilot... etc etc etc

For now 110 but I'm more than sure that for each dlc will increase 10 more

Up to 110 currently.
It is a grind toward the end, you need the same amount of points to go from 90-100 that you do from rank 1-89.

Well, we got 10 levels more with the first DLC.
So it will be probably the same system like in BF4 (10 more, each DLC)

That will raise the MAX Rank to 140 then, cause we get 4 DLC's in total.
