I'm trying to recover my pre-order weapons on Battlefield 1 that where for battlefield 5 and I don't know how I can recover them.

How did you get your BFV pre-order weapons on BF1 in the first place? Was it through EA Play Pro subscription? - @MARINEPRO1 Also, have you changed platform?
