@EA_Atic This is definitely an issue on the server side. There are many people complaining about the same via different sources (Xbox groups, Twitter, friends).

Anything that does server interaction (leaderboards, user ranks, etc.) has issues. You can only play if you're lucky to find a friend or previous user you've played with/against that are in an ongoing match so you can join them.

Others say if you play the tutorial first then it will let you in, but I haven't personally tried this.

I’ve been having the same problem. I did an online chat with someone on ea help and they told me the servers were shut down. I find that hard to believe considering how full the lobbies were so it’s nit like the game was failing. I’ve also heard that the admins on chat aren’t always right. Hopefully this gets fixed
