Battlefield 1943

Does anyone know if battlefield 1943 has been shut down. I was playing it for a whole week and then 5 days ago I couldn’t connect to ea online and haven’t been able to since. I haven’t seen battlefield 1943 on the list of games ea has shutting down but I know it’s an old game. Any help would be greatly appreciated (it’s my favorite game
