Battlefield 1:unable to connect to online

I've just purchased battlefield 1 on ps4, I am unable to connect to the online servers. I either get the message "failed to connect to ea online" or "online features will not be available please try ...

    I have an Xbox Series S have had this problem hear is the solution works 100% of the time. Just unplug your Xbox from the outlet for 30 seconds. Bam you’re welcome.
