Battlefield 2 BFHQ is not awarding my rank

I am wondering why the BFHQ in my Battlefield 2 version 1.5 is not awarding me the rank of Gunnery Sergeant after I have surpassed the 8000 Global Point boundary.  I read on wikipedia.com that there is also a 3000 point differential that needs to be met, but I do not know what that means or how that is calculated.  Here is a link to my BF2 stats (they are elite, I know :robotlol🙂: http://www.bf2stats.net/player/95270519/

    I guess nevermind because it finally awarded my new rank, and somehow I got two unlocks... I don't remember putting one off before, but I'll take it!  It seems it takes 24-48 hours for the system to register the new stats.
