Battlefield 2 redeem error.

I see that there are a few topics regarding redeeming older games, and many has been resolved. I have been in contact with an advisor and they said that there was nothing to be done (after a lot of searching I found a way of contacting them). I own a physical copy of "Battlefield 2 Deluxe Edition" and would like to get it digital. But maybe it is to late now?

When I try to redeem both the BF2 and Special forces keys I get this error: "The product code you entered is not valid. Please re-enter the code."
