battlefield 2142 cd key

i just recently bought and installed battlefield 2142 and tried to register and play online but it gives me an error saying that its already registerd with another account

    Seems like an issue with a previously created EA ID. If you had an old EA ID connected to the game but linked to a different e-mail address, get in contact with one of our Game Advisor.
